About Me

Hello! My name is Nicole and I am a 27 year old beauty and plus-sized (UK 12/14) fashion blogger from Wales in the UK. I've lead a rather colourful existence up until this point and mine is a complex history. Let's just say I was a rebellious goth teenager; all angst and black eyeliner and I sometimes did things that I really shouldn't have in my youth! As a child I had many hobbies including horse riding, playing violin, borrowing my mothers handbags and make up to karate and gymnastics! I was a mad history nerd, loved reading and adored science-related subjects. In essence, I was a total geek.

Four years ago I met my boyfriend, moved from south to north Wales and embarked upon my historical career by studying for a degree. I graduated in July 2011 with a high 2:1 (so close to a first that it hurts!) and am now studying for an MA in History with the aim of someday doing my Phd and being able to lecture in university. However whilst history is my educational passion, I have aspired to be a make up artist or work in the fashion industry since I was very young as I love being creative and I adore writing. I love clothes and make up, from designer to the high street, and always provide my followers with honest reviews of anything I buy or any service I receive. I also do hauls, product comparisons and post pictures of looks that I am wearing in any given day.

I love interacting with you all so please do comment, request blog posts and don't be afraid to ask me questions. I also have a youtube channel where I post tutorials, outfit of the day, hauls and product reviews.
